Protest

There was a protest in Orléans this morning.

As far as I can gather, there are moves afoot to centralise the the role of Customs in autonomous regions, and this protest is a move to stop it. The flyer handed to me as I walked through the group of noisy protesters states 'Votre sécurité est menacée! Les bureaux de Douanes sur 6 supprimés". Then three places are named: Blois, Chatres and Chateauroux.

I'll be back at St; Marceau this afternoon with Alec for some more tuning - the change in weather appears to affect the vox humana particularly, and it seems we'll finish the recording tonight. (In fact, we finished the recording the next morning.)
